How He Became The Bands Bassist/ Song Writer and more:

" I originally wanted to be lead guitarist in a band but it just plain didn't work out. I became  friends with Matt a few months later. A few more months later I found out he had been playing guitar for awhile. We started talking a lot more and always talked about music and stuff and I wanted to start a band. After a lot of subtle hinting I came  out and said it. I didn't even HAVE a bass yet but I just knew I wanted to be the bassist. He had faith so we did it. As some already know we called the band "The Psychotic Reaction" . We soon found out that there was some dumb punk band in the states called that so we talked about switching names for a long time before we did. But I'll get to that. So it took awhile but after being annoying enough I finally got a bass and rapidly learned how to play it. As for the songwriter part , that was easy. Once the band started we knew we wanted to be original so we knew we had to write songs. I'm just like "I'll do it". So I did and as with each one I got better and now I think I'm pretty good {gotta love egos} . Anyway we got a unambitious and uninterested woman lead guitarist which we soon quietly got rid of. We still didn't have a drummer and we sucked. We were pretty bad muscians and our music to our songs blowed and didn't go together or follow a rhythm. We floundered until we got a hotshot guitarist called Max. The band soon broke up since no one saw eye to eye and etc.  There was some bitterness and I was going to play with another band at a show. Matt didn't like it but couldn't say anything when I reminded him that he broke up the band. He decided to sign up by himself and ignored my protests that he would get booed of the stage. Long story short I left the other band to play with matt and max and a drummer called "CJ". We didn't do good because we had no practice and it was our first show. I kept telling matt and max about a great drummer but they thought he was weird so kept saying no. Than they heard him play and instantly he was in and CJ was out.  Soon after we had a second show coming up and not much time to get it together and it took us a long time to decide what to play and when we finally did it was once again changed. We were going to debut our first original song " Rage". Max didn't like it and didn't have the drive to learn it but everyone else was really into it. So we played that than Max came with us on the cover song. Beforehand Max was getting increasingly hard to work with. He would show off solos more than play and he was skipping practice and busy all the time. So we did the song without him and as stated he played on the cover song. The show was a success but mostly "Rage" got the crowd to react. Now our third show is approaching and I believe Max's time is up. We have two more originals , but guess what? This time no one is gonna know until we get up on that stage and give a show that only we can.We have a stage show planned along with some great music. "

His Part In The Band:  "We all have a very specific part in this band and we all do it very well. My part is the backstage part of the band. I write the songs , decide what type of sogns they're gonan be , produce it , I checked out the riffs and stuff and where they're gonna be in the song I decide how we should do certain things , what we should look like and what we're gonna do onstage and most behind the scenes stuff."
